From Bay Area vision to Reno Investment
Allison and Jeff Gorelick moved to Reno in 2009 and began acquiring and renovating rental properties.
Every property in our portfolio is owned by us. We don't manage buildings for other landlords — we acquire, renovate, and rent our own units.
Our properties span Midtown, Downtown, the University district, Wells Avenue & Northwest Reno. Each neighborhood has its own character and we work to preserve that while bringing units up to a modern standard — updated kitchens, quality materials and energy-efficient windows.
Day-to-day management is handled by Nevada Commercial Services (NCS), a local licensed property management company.

Allison Gorelick
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Allison oversees the strategic direction of the portfolio. A CFA charterholder and LEED Accredited Professional, she brings a background in real estate investment and sustainable development.
Jeff Gorelick
Co-Founder & Director of Acquisitions
Jeff leads property acquisition and oversees renovation standards across the portfolio. He sets the design direction for each project and works closely with contractors to ensure quality.
Stephanie Virden
Property Manager, NCS
Stephanie is the day-to-day contact for all Gorelick tenants. Based at Nevada Commercial Services, she handles maintenance requests, lease renewals, and move-ins.
Vanessa Wood
Senior Vice President - Residential
Vanessa helps prospective tenants find the right unit. She schedules tours, answers questions, and guides applicants through the leasing process.
