The district runs along South Virginia Street south of the Truckee River, and much of daily life here happens on foot: independent restaurants, coffee, breweries and shops, with downtown and the University of Nevada, Reno a short trip away.

Caliente Crossing mixes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and a house, with a lighted courtyard and private fenced yards. 720 Plumas Street has studios and a standalone house, and 128 La Rue Avenue has one-bedroom apartments plus a house of its own, both with shared courtyards and BBQ areas. 720 Lander Street is townhouse-style two-bedrooms with private patios and in-unit washer/dryers. 228 Stewart Street is a fully renovated one- and two-bedroom building, 447 W. Taylor Street is a house-style property with studios, one- and two-bedrooms and yard space, and 820-840 S. Arlington Avenue is a mid-century complex of one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Every one of these buildings is owned by us rather than managed for someone else, and each has been brought up to the same standard — updated kitchens, quality materials and energy-efficient windows — as part of the 400+ units we have renovated across Reno since 2009. Day-to-day management, from maintenance requests to lease renewals and move-ins, is handled by Nevada Commercial Services.
