Maintenance Requests

Submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the Tenant Portal. This creates a trackable ticket and is the fastest way to get help.

2. 2.Click “Maintenance” or “Submit a Request”
3. 3.Describe the issue and upload photos if possible
4. 4.Our team will respond within 1 business day

Rent Payment

Pay rent online through the Tenant Portal. Set up automatic payments so you never miss a due date.

• Due date: 1st of each month (grace period through the 5th)
• ACH/eCheck: No processing fee
• Credit/debit: Processing fee applies
• Other: Cashier's checks and money orders accepted at office

Move-In Checklist

Welcome to your new home! Here's what to do when you move in:

1. 1.Complete your move-in inspection form within 48 hours
2. 2.Set up utilities (electric, gas, internet) in your name
3. 3.Get renter's insurance (required — proof due within 30 days)
4. 4.Set up online rent payment in the Tenant Portal
5. 5.Familiarize yourself with parking, trash, and laundry
